Principal's Letter to Murphy Middle School Community

Dear Murphy Middle School Families,

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Murphy Middle School.

My name is Jeremy, and I am honored to serve as the founding principal of Murphy Middle. Although our doors have not yet opened, the work of building this school is already underway. Planning is active, steady, and thoughtful.

Not every detail is finalized yet, but that is expected at this stage. What is clear is the care being taken with each decision and the pace at which the work is moving. The goal is to open Murphy Middle well, not simply to open it quickly.

From the beginning, our focus has been on how students will experience school each day. We are designing structures that help students learn and excel while still feeling known and supported. These ideas are guiding our work as the school takes shape.

This website will grow over time, just as the school will. I will continue to share updates as major milestones are reached. In the next few weeks, we will get our Facebook and Instagram accounts up and running, and some email updates will start to come out. Clear communication matters, especially during a founding year.
